“When you change from living by the emotions of stress – like pain, suffering, anxiety, fear, frustration, resentment, and anger – to living by elevated emotions – like joy, gratitude, kindness, and love – you can begin to develop and sustain heart coherence.”

A Return to Love and Coherence

Our research shows a direct and influential relationship between your heart and your brain. When you feel the arousal of survival emotions fueled by stress, and analyze your life from within that state, the heart and brain become highly incoherent. They move out of balance and homeostasis.

But the heart and brain also can influence each other in healthy ways. When the heart center is activated and energized by your attention; deep, slow breathing; and elevated emotions, it informs the brain to move out of the high-beta brainwave states of stress and survival and into a more relaxed alpha brainwave state. You move out of survival – and into creation.

Building on this important connection, the short, 15-minute “Universal Heart, Universal Mind” meditation will help you practice synchronizing your heart and brain … and guide your nervous system back to balance and homeostasis.

The Global Effect of Group Meditations

See our latest scientific research on how emotionally coherent group meditations can produce measurable effects beyond the human body. We explore how a group of people who comes together with a shared intention can measurably and positively influence the global consciousness field.
